• A minimum of 2,000 test cycles/rounds through upgraded replicas

• Airseal and compression verification
• Feeding and electrical system stress testing
• Geartrain and motor performance monitoring
• Accuracy and hop stability evaluation
Live-fire testing is conducted in a controlled, safe environment with approved backstops and safety procedures.
This level of testing adds time and consumable cost, but ensures customers receive a properly validated, reliable build — not an untested assembly.

I do not receive manufacturer sponsorships, dealer pricing, or bulk-part discounts. All parts, tooling, consumables, and equipment are sourced at real-world cost.

Labor Structure
Services are billed using a combination of flat-rate pricing and hourly labor based on complexity.
Hourly Rate
$40 per hour
Hourly billing applies to:
• Unknown or damaged replicas
• Proprietary platforms
• Previous tech work requiring correction
• Experimental or custom fabrication
Shop Minimum
A minimum labor charge of $80 applies to all services.
This ensures every replica receives proper inspection, setup, and testing time.

R-Hop and VR-Hop services are only offered on high-quality precision inner barrels to ensure proper fitment and long-term durability.

Parts & Payment Policies
• Parts are priced competitively based on supplier cost and availability
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins
• A 10% overhead fee is applied to labor and parts
• Internal condition may affect final pricing
Work Authorization Caps
To protect both parties:
• Soft cap: +50% of quoted labor → customer contacted before continuing
• Hard cap: +100% of quoted labor → work stops until approval
Warranty
All work is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Warranty is void if:
• Replica is opened or modified after service
• QC sticker is removed or tampered with
• Improper BBs or batteries are used
• Replica is abused or exposed to moisture
Mail-In Tech Services (Nationwide)
Customers are responsible for:
• Shipping to Danger Close Customs
• Return shipping
• Proper packaging
• Optional insurance
Danger Close Customs is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
Replicas are not returned until full payment is received.
